Account Registration
To access Aimée’s full functionality, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login details and all activities that occur under your account.
Services Provided
Aimée provides personalized insights into your daily life, acting as a digital companion by tracking and storing data related to your heart rate, mood, and sleep patterns. Additionally, Aimée functions as a long-term memory diary, where you can store personal reflections and track relationship insights.
Data Collection and Use
Aimée collects and processes personal data, including but not limited to heart rate, sleep patterns, and mood indicators, to provide personalized insights. By using the app, you consent to the collection and use of this data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Linked Profiles
The app allows users to link profiles with others (e.g., partners). When linking accounts, you acknowledge that certain information may be shared between accounts. You are responsible for managing these connections and the data shared.
Subscription and Fees
Aimée offers both free and premium subscription tiers. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually, depending on your selected plan. You may cancel your subscription at any time, but no refunds will be provided for partial use of a subscription period.
User Conduct
Users agree to use Aimée responsibly and not engage in any activities that could harm the app, its users, or its reputation. Any misuse of the app, including but not limited to reverse engineering, unauthorized data access, or offensive behavior, will result in account suspension or termination.
Content Ownership
All content generated by Aimée, including personalized insights and memories stored within the app, remains your property. However, by using the app, you grant Aimée a license to process and analyze this content for the purpose of providing services.
Limitations of Liability
Aimée is provided on an “as-is” basis. We make no guarantees regarding the app’s availability, accuracy of insights, or compatibility with third-party devices. Aimée shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the app or legal requirements. Any updates will be communicated through the app, and continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Berlin, Germany. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Berlin, Germany.
